Tuba
These are what I personally believe to be the best quality
products at the most cost effective price available on the market today. Anyone who plans to or already owns a used
instrument should email and arrange a meeting with Mr. Green to have him check
it out. Some instruments are not in good working order and can cost more to
repair than their value. In order to have a positive learning experience,
students must have an instrument in good playing condition.
Please also note that while some accessory brands can be swapped for generic brands, having required supplies is not a suggestion. Every student must have their supplies. If a student does not have the required supplies by the 2nd week of school and it directly interferes with the class, they will be removed from the class.
Finally as a special note, it is true that students should have already submitted a $50 supply fee in the spring or summer prior to the start of the school year. This fee went directly toward the following: binder, sheet protectors, two method books and t-shirt/polo depending on what ensemble your child is a part of. If you have any questions please email Mr. Green at cegreen@garlandisd.net or Mr. Myers at jsmyers@garlandisd.net.
